Refunds and Returns:

Product quality: We guarantee that our perfumes are 100% high-quality. If you receive a product that meets our quality standards, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons other than damage.

Damaged products: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us in processing your request quickly, kindly provide a description of the damage and include any relevant photos.

Process for damaged products: Once we receive your claim, we will review the details and determine the appropriate resolution. If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 – 5 working days.
